Elevation Certificate – flood insurance criteria, lender (from $395)

Construction Layout (from $975/day)

Plan Specific for Building Official – a home addition or new construction*

Plan Specific for Zoning Official – a home addition or new construction requiring variance*

Plan Specific for Subdivision & Planning Board*

*   Requirements and idiosyncrasies of municipal authorities vary extensively by community and    
     may frequently be both costly and time consuming.
